POKER/CURRY NIGHT this Friday 7:30pm at the Club.
Melbourne Uni and Carnegie were both saved by rain on Sunday, with our 1s and 3s washed out.
The second XI defeated lowly Reds outright thanks chiefly to an undefeated 138 from Shawn Thomas, and 3 wickets in each innings to Chirag Desai.
The 2s now move into equal 4th position, and along with the 1st xi face must win matches this weekend to keep their finals chances alive.
The forth XI faltered with the bat collasping to 99 all out, in reply took 8 wickets, but 23 extras really hurt, Dan Sproul lead the attack taking 4 wickets.
