A big weekend in cricket saw the top 3 men's teams come away with the points.
The 1st XI made a massive 256 from their 45 overs, lead by Captain Ben 'Ox' Gordon with his first hundred for the club. Shikhar (53) and Bruce (48) gave him great support. In reply Indigos managed just 223 in reply, giving us the 4 points and moving us into 6th place.
In Kelly's 100th and Belinda's 50th match, the Women's team were dismissed for 93, despite some gutsy batting from Dom (18) and H (18). Frankston made the score 6 wickets down. This will be Dom's last match for a couple of week's while she joins the HK Team in Kuwait for the ACC U19 Women's Championship.
The 2nd XI were home in a thriller, 3/103 became 9/130 chasing 151, but Ashwin and Morgan saw us home, with Morgan surviving a close LBW shout and Ash being dropped close to the total.
The 3rd XI found their Mojo, thanks to Snoopy (6/31) and restricted TTS to 118, Campbell (26) and Sachin (20) made sure of the 4 points.
Training is Wednesday Night 5:30PM, please advise me of your availability before this.
